As from 1 April 2021 the new rates are as follows:

• Over 23 year old – £8.91
• 21 – 22 year old – £8.36
• 18 – 20 year old – £6.56
• Under 18 – £4.62
• Apprentice rate* – £4.30

• Employer Pension Contribution – 3%
• Employee Pension Contribution – 5%

*Apprentices are entitled to the minimum wage for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed the first year of their apprenticeship
