Down-to-earth advice which puts you in the know
Our first farming seminar last year attracted some really positive feedback from the farming community - so much so we have decided to run it again. So come and join us on Thursday, September 16 at 7:30pm at the Rampant Bull, Mitchells Auction Mart, Cockermouth.
This year we are running the event with our friends at The Farmer Network and our carefully chosen speakers will outline how you can benefit financially. And to make the evening more of a social event we are even going to provide some light refreshments.
The presentation will be in three parts and topics will include:
- Business succession plans and capital expenditure - Victoria Bishop, robinson+co's taxation partner, will highlight tax benefits
- Grant availability and different Environmental Stewardship schemes - our speaker from Natural England will outline what's out there at the moment
- Philip Jackson and Ian Boyer from Bluefin Insurance - share ideas for best value in respect of specific insurances related to the Agricultural industry.
