Automatic Enrolment - don't forget!
robinson+co’s employer clients are going to be fed up of these two words soon! As discussed in our news article of 1 August we are keen to ensure that our clients are well ahead of the game in view of the upcoming change to the rules about pension provision.
Over the next 3 years every UK employer will have to enrol their employees (subject to a few exceptions) in a pension scheme even if the employee intends to then opt out of the scheme.
The paperwork involved may be considerable!
